We provide FREE shipping / delivery within Singapore for orders worth $60 or more. Otherwise, a nominal flat fee of $5 is imposed for shipping / delivery.

For international orders, please email us to get a quote before placing orders. We give the most reasonable shipping rates with no profit in mind. Shipping for international orders is done once payment is completed.

We pride ourselves in fulfilling your orders swiftly and efficiently. Deliveries operate throughout the week (including weekends subject to stock availability). For a preferred delivery date and time, please leave us a note under Remarks when checking out. Once we process your order (subject to availability), we will liaise with you on a delivery schedule. In general, it takes between 1-4 working days to receive your product/s. It might take longer than usual during peak or festive seasons. 

Returns

We do not sell pre-loved or used items in our store. If you think you have received a defective item, do alert us immediately via phone or email. You can find our contact details under ‘CONTACT US’ section. Do return us the product in its intact packaging and we will be happy to exchange it with a new working set for you. If we are unable to find a replacement item for you, you will receive a full refund from us. Do note that refunds can only be made in the non-fulfilment of an order.
