Q1: What happens after we have placed an order?

An email confirmation regarding your order/s will be sent to you and a customer representative will be in touch with you within two working days on the delivery and payment details.

 

Q2: What are the modes of payment?

  • Direct Bank Transfer into our POSB Savings: #194465424 or OCBC Savings #5340030732 (for Singapore customers). Please email us at info@lamkins.com.sg once you have made payment transfer. We will dispatch your order once payment is received.
  • ENETS (for Singapore-based online customers); NETS (valid for both showroom and cash on delivery purchases)
  • For International orders, customers are urged to pay using Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard only) via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay via Credit Card. For more info on Paypal, please see www.paypal.com
 

Q3: What basic information must we give to complete the order?

Please provide your contact number, full address and email address in order to facilitate delivery.

 

Q4: When will delivery take place?

Deliveries operate throughout the week (including weekends) according to your convenience. Once we processed your order (subject to availability), we will liaise with you on a delivery schedule. In general, it takes between 2-4 days to receive your product/s. It might take longer than usual when we are experiencing times of high demands. For very urgent special requests, we may charge a nominal fee of $5 to have your product rushed to you.

 

Q5: What happens when I receive a faulty product?

Do alert us via phone or email within three days. You can find our contact details under the ‘Contact Us’ section. Do return us the product in its intact packaging and we will be happy to exchange it with a new working set for you.

 

Q6: How much is shipping?

We provide FREE shipping / delivery within Singapore for orders worth $60 or more. Otherwise, a nominal flat fee of $5 is imposed for shipping / delivery as we need to pay for dedicated courier services. For international orders, please email us to get a quote before placing orders. We give the most reasonable shipping rates with no profit in mind. Shipping for international orders is done once payment is cleared.

Dvds typically attract a lower shipping charge than our toys. Shipping by ordinary post goes by a flat rate of $2 while registered post is only an additional $2. Shipping is ordinary unless otherwise stated. Do indicate your preference under ‘Remarks’ when checking out. Do note, however, we are not responsible for lost dvds in ordinary mail.

 
 

Q: If the purchase is meant as a gift for someone?

We provide gift wrapping at $1 and you may enter the person contact number and email address when you checkout.
