Getting There
By Bus: 136 (along Yio Chu Kang Road) or 80, 81, 82, 101, 107, 136, 153 (along Upper Serangoon Road)
By MRT:
- Alight at Serangoon Station (NE12) on the North East Line
- Exit station from Exit H
- Turn right after Exit H
- Take buses 107 or 153 from bus stop (62131) nearest to Exit
- Alight at second bus stop (63011)
- Walk towards Upper Serangoon Post Office and you should be able to see ICB building next to it
By Car/Taxi:
From Central Expressway (CTE) heading towards Seletar Expressway (SLE):
- Take Exit 11 and turn right onto Ang Mo Kio Ave 1
- Proceed straight onto Boundary Road
- Turn left onto Serangoon Central after passing Serangoon Community Park (on the left)
- Almost immediately, turn right onto Yio Chu Kang Road
- Proceed with moderate speed and slow down after seeing Highland Centre (on the left)
- ICB Building is the second building after Highland Centre

- Proceed on Upper Serangoon Road and pass Potong Pasir and Woodleigh MRT stations
- Keep left and do not get on the Serangoon Flyover
- Proceed and pass NEX/Serangoon MRT station
- Turn left on Yio Chu Kang Road; almost immediately you will be able to see ICB building on the right
- U-turn to enter ICB Building
